Instructional Focus

Students will be able to perform basic operations in modular (clock) arithmetic

 

 

Performance Task

1.    Using the computer, students will complete clock arithmetic activities.

2.    Students will complete Clock Arithmetic Exploration questions.

 

Essential Skills

 

 

 

1.    Have knowledge of multiples and remainders

2.    Perform integer and rational arithmetic, including multiplicative inverses

3.    Work with simple algebraic expressions
